Jupiter 313S Prodigy Flute (Woodwind & Brasswind) Price: $566.00 Jupiter 313S Prodigy Flute |
How much should i sale my about ten year old, but still in amazing condition, Jupiter brand gold flute?
Q: it is in good condition and looking up other jupiter flutes they seem to run for around 1,000 plus. I am not sure how much i should sell mine for. anyone who has a clue on this, please help!
A: Hi Sarah,
It a usual rule of thumb to sell a used instrument for 1/2 of the price of a new one. But.... if your instrument is in like new condition with no dings or dents and has no bad scratches or leaks.... plays perfectly, you might ask $650.00 for it. You can always come down if you get no offers, but you can never go back up once you set a price.
If you have a picture of the instrument, you might get that ready because interested people from the internet might just want to see it.
Hope that helps.
